BASIC FUNCTIONS:

f) Conduct induction activities and organize TMU staff career development in collaboration with respective directorates and Departments;
g) Maintain and update staff records in the Human Resource Management system;
h) Provide technical support in formulating and developing human resources development programs;
i) Maintain updated asset inventory register.
